Rules and conditions for booking, payment, cancellations, passenger responsibilities, and liability when using Georgian Transfer services.

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of private transfers, airport pickups, intercity transport, and daily tour services ("Services") provided by Georgian Transfer. By using our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or messaging apps. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (date, time, passenger count, luggage, pickup/drop-off address). Booking confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms. Identity or contact verification may be required if necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made in cash or via available online methods. Card/bank details are never stored by us. Pricing depends on service scope (vehicle type, distance, waiting time, stops); changes may result in additional charges. Included/not included costs (e.g., parking, tolls) are specified during booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the trip. Full refunds are available for timely cancellations. No refund for late cancellations. If we cannot provide the service, a full refund will be issued.

6. Waiting Time & No-Show

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting after flight landing. Other pickups include up to 15 minutes free waiting. Extra waiting may incur additional fees. No-show without notice may result in no refund.

7. Luggage Rules

Standard luggage allowance is specified per vehicle type. Oversized or excess luggage must be declared in advance. Prohibited or dangerous items are not allowed.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be at the pickup location on time, behave respectfully, comply with safety rules (seatbelts, child seats), and not bring prohibited items or engage in illegal activities.

9. Company Liability

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. We do not cover loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

10. Route Changes

Route changes requested during the trip may incur additional charges. The driver reserves the right to refuse unsafe route requests.

11. Child Seats & Safety

Child seats must be requested in advance. Passengers are responsible for ensuring child safety compliance with local laws.

12. Pets & Accessibility

Pets are allowed with prior notice in suitable vehicles. Service animals are always welcome. Special accessibility needs should be communicated in advance.

13. Force Majeure

Georgian Transfer is not liable for service failure due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

14. Pricing & Taxes

Prices may be in local currency or USD; applicable taxes follow local law. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final amounts.

15. Business Model

Georgian Transfer provides services with its own fleet and through contracted drivers/partners. All contractors are bound by confidentiality and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; failing that, Tbilisi courts have jurisdiction.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published here, with the "Last Updated" date shown above.
