Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions, process, exceptions, and force majeure information with Georgian Transfer.

1. Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made on time.
  • No refund will be issued for late cancellations.
  • If the service cannot be provided by Georgian Transfer, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the booking.
  • Processing time usually takes between 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • No-Show: If the passenger is not present at the predetermined pickup time and location, is late, or keeps the driver waiting, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information: No refund will be issued if the service is disrupted or cancelled due to incorrect address, wrong time, missing contact information, incorrect number of passengers, or similar erroneous information provided by the passenger.
  • Cancellations due to passenger fault: No refund will be issued if the service is cancelled, delayed, or terminated due to the passenger's own fault, negligence, or behavior.
  • Inappropriate and unacceptable behavior: If the passenger or passenger group is intoxicated, insults, curses, threatens, or behaves disrespectfully towards the driver or staff, or disrupts safety or operational order, the service may be unilaterally terminated by Georgian Transfer. No refund rights arise in such cases.
  • Waiting time violation: If the pre-agreed maximum waiting time is exceeded and the passenger still does not initiate the service, the time and operational loss is considered passenger fault and no refund will be issued.
  • Operational and financial loss: If Georgian Transfer incurs time, fuel, and operational losses due to unnecessary waiting caused by passenger behavior, the payment made is considered compensation for damages and will not be refunded.

5. Force Majeure

Georgian Transfer is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions, or major infrastructure disruptions. Whenever possible, we will provide alternative solutions.
